2014 Will Increase In New Home Sales
The Census Bureau of the United States revealed that sales of new homes totaled 428,000 in 2013 an increase of 16.4 percent purchased with 2012 where sales totaled 368,000.
It is expected that the 2014 sales will improve even more for the real estate sector continues to recover and can provide more work for builders and a broader inventory home buyers, benefiting the same factors of the economy, such as growth employment, credit, and consumer confidence.
The National Association of Home Builders is very confident that this year’s new home sales continue to exceed the above figures. No doubt a good time to buy your New Home!
